Clare was a sport about the whole costume thing. She was doubtful about the hat, but once we got outside she kept it on. My main trouble was trying to get a straight picture – she didn’t want to sit still. Apparently lady bugs are busy!

Here are some pictures from our trick-or-treating at Grandma and Grampa’s house. We only went to a few houses of the neighbors. Clare found the whole thing a bit confusing, but she did seem to enjoy a few M & M’s at the end of the night. I suspect she’ll be more into it in the next few years. As with last year, it was more for our enjoyment but between my dad’s cat-o-lantern, the costume, and the candy we all certainly had fun with Clare’s second Halloween.
